the design process
I am open to various forms of collaboration, but this is how it usually goes.
Brand identity prices start at 1500 euros. My business is registered in Poland: PL6792995153 (exempt from VAT).
step 1: brief + short meeting (free of charge)
You can send me the brief or fill out my questionnaire to provide basic information about the commission and timeline. A meeting (face-to-face or online) is the best way to get to know each other, ask for more details and help me prepare an accurate quote.
step 2: custom offer + contract
Your custom quote will be valid for 2 weeks, so you can take your time and think it over. If we opt to work together, I’ll draft a contract. Normally I ask for 50% of the fee upfront, but if the project is complex, we can discuss alternative ways to spread the payment.
step 3: research + moodboard
I always start by researching the market and your competition, as well as potential visual directions to pick one that will suit your needs best.
step 4: design proposals presentation
Once the moodboard is approved, the real fun begins! I design and then present 2-4 proposals that we will discuss over a meeting. The chosen design will be developed with 3 rounds of revisions included in the quote.
step 5: final design, files delivery and implementation
Once you approve the final design, you’ll receive the files and final invoice. If needed, I can be present for the approval at the printing house, provide direction at photoshoots or host a workshop explaining the visual guidelines to your team.
